Sturgeon Cam!

Ever wished you could observe live sturgeon in real time from the comfort of your desk? Perhaps not, but you actually can, and you have to admit these hulking prehistoric fish are pretty cool. Lake Superior State University maintains an underwater camera to monitor fish runs in the St. Mary's river, and generously broadcasts its images to the web. During winter, they move the camera to their indoor sturgeon tank. These 6' bottom feeders don't do a whole lot, but they can be mesmerizing. Feeding time is usually around noon. Check it out.
